I am pleased to announce I have recently signed a publishing deal with Kevin Mayhew Ltd. They are a publishing house with a great track record in sheet music and music books. They will publish my first book and CD entitled 'Classical Uke' in December 2017.
I have written the book over the past few years whilst I have been teaching ukulele. It is a wonderfully eclectic collection of 20 pieces by famous composers including Bach, Carcassi and Sor amongst others. It comes with a CD of the all the tracks. Over the next few weeks I will be blogging on here a bit more about the process.
In addition to this I have the pleasure of being featured in this months (September) edition of Uke Magazine. My arrangement of Carulli's Andante is featured in the magazine and it is accompanied by a video of the piece.
